Welcome to the Number 1 Address in Spring Hill, TN for

DANCE & MUSIC

Our Philosophy

We, Angelika and Bruce Stegmann, have been dance educators for many years. Our vast experience and knowledge of the requirements for dance education let us develop our philosophy. We want an approach to children’s dance education that develops attributes that can serve the child well throughout a lifetime. These include discipline, self-respect and self-confidence; improved learning skills; creativity, self-expression, imagination, and an instilled appreciation for music, dance, and other art forms.

By emphasizing strong dance technique, Stegmann’s School of Performing Arts (SSPA) is designed to take a child from the earliest years of dance training through adulthood.

Our faculty is carefully selected to exemplify our philosophy. Our teachers are dance professionals and aspiring student assistants chosen for their knowledge and expertise who regard dance as an art form. We strongly believe that it is in the best interest of our students to provide the dance disciplines rather in a pure form than in a combination class. The students need all their focus to develop basic awareness and coordination; furthermore, they get the advantage of repeating movement patterns to enlarge their capacity to widen their range of movement possibilities.
